Profile:
- Post Graduate degree in any discipline from recognized institute. Preferable in PGDHRM/MBA major in HRM.
- 2 to 4 years working experience in an international buying/liaison office or related field.
Main Duties:
i) Assist line Manager, in
facilitating with other departments for recruitment, employees welfare
and leave administration as per company policy.
ii) Screen CVs per job profile ensuring applicants are qualified.
iii) Assist to conduct initial interview to determine whether they are suitable to perform the job.
iv) Responsible to follow up recruitment procedure and assist to hiring competent manpower to the company.
v) Develop and maintain contacts with sourcing channels (agencies, Job boards, universities).
vi) Arrange orientation and training session for new employees.
vii) Maintain and update employees’ database and provide manpower status report based on requirements.
viii) Assist to Manager in payroll systems; send each
and every permanent staff to their pay slip on regular basis.
ix) Arrange different program to create enthusiastic working environment.
Admin Duties:
x) Liaison with different service provider to make sure we have glitch-less service.
xi) Monitor all assets and equipment, overall safety,
security, health and environmental conditions in working areas.
xii) Other tasks time to time assigned by supervising Manager.
For the position, candidates must be:
- Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
- Able and willing to work under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good PC knowledge (Windows XP, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency (both written and spoken) in English and
Bangla are Compulsory, proficiency in other languages will be an
advantage.
